
DAVID W. WASICK (of counsel)
Born in San Francisco, California; admitted to bar in 1992 (Nevada); U.S. District Court (Nevada) 1994; Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, 1994; United States Supreme Court, 1996.
Education: San Jose State University (B.A. 1975); University of Florida School of Law (J.D., with honors, 1991). Member: State Bar of Nevada; Supreme Court of Nevada Settlement Judge (2001-present); National Judicial College Mediation Training (1998); Arbitration Training (2004), Advanced Appellate Mediation Training (2007); co-chairperson, State Bar of Nevada Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee (1998-1999); board member, Volunteer Attorneys of Rural Nevada (1997-1998).

Mr. Wasick is experienced in real estate law, corporate law, securities law, and commercial litigation. His practice focuses on the areas of real estate and general business law. Mr. Wasick is a former Special Assistant to the Nevada Attorney General, assisting that office before the Nevada Legislature and managing some of the state's most high profile litigation. He also served as Administrative Counsel to the Supreme Court of Nevada and Assistant to the Chief Justice. Through the United States State Department, he assisted Argentina in initiating a nationwide mediation program. Mr. Wasick became of counsel to the firm in 2008 after being previously associated with the Beckley Singleton and Lewis & Roca law firms. Mr. Wasick is the past President of the Nevada Chapter of the National Football League Players' Association. He also a former board member of the MeFiY Foundation.
