STEVEN E. GUINN

Born Palo Alto, California; admitted to bar 1989, California and U.S. District Court, Central District of California; 1994, Nevada and U.S. District Court, District of Nevada.

Education: University of Nevada-Reno (B.S., with Distinction, 1986); Pepperdine University (J.D., 1989).

Member: State Bar of Nevada; State Bar of California; Washoe County Bar Association.

Mr. Guinn joined the firm in 1996, returning to Nevada after employment with the Los Angeles litigation firm of Engstrom, Lipscomb & Lack. His practice includes product, pharmaceutical, medical device defense and general defense matters, and he has served as Nevada lead counsel for parties in the Baycol, PPA, Phen-fen, Neurontin and hormone replacement litigation.
